1. We do our research first
Before we meet in person, there’s a lot we’ll already have done.
We’ll start by having a call with you to understand what you’re looking to do with your outdoor space. You might want to transform a grassy area into an outdoor entertaining space. Or to modernise and expand an existing area that’s too small and run down. You may need some extra outdoor space for your teenagers and their friends to use too.
We’ll also ask you to send us photos of your current outdoor space and an idea of your budget.
All this information helps us to do our homework so we can guide you down the right path. We’ll investigate what we can and can’t do for you within the regulations, bushfire zoning and council requirements.

This paid meeting is where we’ll get creative, learn more about your style and unlock the potential for your outdoor room.
We’ll look at your outdoor space from every angle, discussing with you all the details from the best viewpoints, the right roof and flooring to the size of the table you’ll need when entertaining. We’ll take detailed measurements so we can prepare our design.
We’ll discuss our initial ideas, any potential issues and the approvals we’ll need.
After doing our research, we’ll meet in your home.

3. Proposal and 3D render
Included in the investment is your first glimpse of your new outdoor room.
We’ll present the 3D render along with our proposal during a meeting at our office, where you can see our display.
We’ll take everything we’ve discussed and render it into a 3D design. See exactly what goes where, the colours and accessories. Imagine what it will be like to have that first BBQ with your friends in your new outdoor room. A colour consultant is on our team to make sure the style is perfect.
Included in the investment is your first glimpse of your new outdoor room.

You’ll have an expert on your side to coordinate the professionals we’ll need, including an engineer, a town planner and a bushfire consultant. Also, we’re here to manage any council requests or questions.
