On Site Construction Progress at Hornsby

We are here on site at Hornsby, where we are midway through this construction of a new outdoor living area. The hardwood timber decking has been laid & you will be able to see in the video the steel framing is up for the custom patio cover.

Here in the outdoor living areas, we are sheeting the patio covers with Colorbond roofing sheets, however the underside will be lined with ‘Blueboard’, set & painted to give the area the rear indoor/outdoor feel.

Naturally we are including a number of accessories within the cosntruction including new white Heatstrips which have been sunk into the rear patio cover ceiling with their ‘flushmount’ system, along with LED down lights & a feature fan.

We often talk about ‘accessories’ within your outdoor living area & this home is a perfect example – as the choices made will enable the owners to use the area more often & more of the year round rather than trying to retro fit something at a later date.
